Rieck Holding GmbH & Co. KG organizes competitions for its company divisions on the social media channels Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/RieckLogistik) and Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/rieck_logistik_gruppe/) at irregular intervals for which the following general conditions of participation apply.

The competition is organized by Rieck Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Osdorfer Ring 5, 14979 Großbeeren (hereinafter referred to as “organizer”).

The competition takes place via the social online platforms Facebook "@RieckLogistik" and Instagram "@rieck_logistik_gruppe". The competition organized in each case is not connected to Instagram or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by the operators of the social media platforms Instagram and Facebook and does not justify any legal claims against Instagram and Facebook.

Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square Grand Canal Harbor Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter "Meta") is the service provider for the Facebook and Instagram platforms. Further information on the service provider is available at https://meta.com/de.

1. COMPETITION ENTRY

1.1. Participation is voluntary, free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or the use of the organizer's services.

1.2. Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 and is resident in Germany is entitled to participate. Employees of the organizer, their relatives and influencers/social media channels or pages supported by the organizer are excluded from participation. Participation via sweepstakes bots, sweepstakes services or similar services is not permitted.

1.3. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts the conditions of participation.

1.4. Participation in the competition takes place by: liking or following the "@RieckLogistik" / "@rieck_logistik_gruppe" channel and commenting on the post in accordance with the requirements specified in the competition post.

1.5. The competition period is expressly mentioned in the post text. Participation is only possible within the respective period.

1.6. Each person can only enter the competition in their own name and only once.

1.7. Entries that are submitted outside of the specified period or that do not meet the requirements of the specified conditions of participation in any other way cannot be considered.

1.8. The organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude people from participation if there are legitimate reasons, for example manipulations in connection with the conducting of the competition, violations of legal provisions or the conditions of participation mentioned here, false or misleading information in connection with participation at the competition.

2. WINNINGS, WINNING DETERMINATION AND WINNING NOTIFICATION

2.1. After the end of the competition period, the winner or winners will be determined by drawing lots, i.e. at random. The respective winner will be determined among all participants from Facebook and Instagram. The respective profit is mentioned in the contribution.

2.2. After the winner has been determined, the respective winner will be contacted via a private message on the platform on which he/she took part in the competition. If the respective winner does not contact the organizer within 3 days, his/her entitlement to the prize expires. In this case, the organizer is entitled to carry out a substitute draw.

2.3. The organizer reserves the right to publish the respective winner on the Facebook channel "@RieckLogistik" and the Instagram channel "@rieck_logistik_gruppe" with the user name.

2.4. The winnings will be given out after the conclusion of the competition. This is done either by post. For this purpose, the respective winner must provide the organizer with a valid address. Alternatively, the prize can also be picked up at the following address and at a previously agreed date:

2.5. The right to a prize is not transferable.

2.6. The equivalent value of a prize will not be paid out in cash.

3. EARLY TERMINATION OF THE CONTEST

The organizer reserves the right to end or cancel the competition immediately for important reasons. Cancellation for good cause can occur in particular if proper execution of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or legal reasons. If such a termination was caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizer can demand compensation from this person. If the competition is canceled, there are no claims against the organizer. The legal process is excluded.

4. PRIVACY

In the course of conducting the competition, the personal data of the participants will be processed in accordance with the organizer's data protection declaration and used exclusively for the respective competition. Any processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and in particular the statutory data protection provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). 5. RELEASE

The competition is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or controlled by Facebook or Instagram. The recipient of the information provided is neither Facebook nor Instagram, but the organizer. Participation does not result in any claims against Facebook or Instagram.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1. The legal process is excluded with regard to the drawing of prizes and the possible assessment of the submitted competition entries.

6.2. The organizer reserves the right to update the conditions of participation in accordance with the currently applicable rules.
