How does the "Do you know who?" program work?
Our “KDW program” is simple and effective. If an employee recommends a suitable person from their own circle of friends or acquaintances for a vacancy or training position with us, this person can apply. For every successful referral, the employee receives €800.00 gross as a thank you.

How can I make a recommendation?
If you know someone who is suitable for an open position, simply let our HR team know the contact or forward the position to the person.
What happens if the recommended person gets the job?
If the recommended person signs an employment or training contract, you will receive a bonus as a thank you for the recommendation.
Are all vacancies part of the program?
Only jobs marked with the “Do you know who?” campaign logo can be recommended as part of the program.
Does the program also apply to apprenticeships?
Yes, you can also make recommendations for apprenticeships and benefit from the bonus.
How do I know if my recommendation was successful?
We will keep you informed after the application process and notify you if your recommendation is successful.
