Guido Sven Olbrich

“Training at Rieck Fulfillment Solutions opens up the exciting world of logistics in all its facets. We unload trucks and containers, take delivery of shipments, unpack and check them, store and retrieve them, count them, pack them and ship them. We drive forklift trucks up to lofty heights and work in one of the largest warehouses in the world. With us, you simply get to know everything: every move, every logistical process and every shipping route.

New goods and load carriers – from small medical supplies to large railroad spare parts – never get boring and always offer new and exciting challenges.”

“I’m someone who likes to get stuck in and has the goal of seeing results. I have spent my entire career in the industrial sector and know exactly what it means to work in a warehouse – with all its challenges. But it is precisely these challenges that make the job exciting and successful. For me, it is particularly important that you are reliable as an apprentice and are willing to work independently. With us, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibility and constantly develop yourself. Show us that you can get stuck in – together we can achieve your goals!”

“Personally, it’s important to me that the trainees grow with their tasks and develop further. This can only be achieved through discussions at eye level and mutual trust.
I’m also happy when the trainees can identify with the company after a while. Only then do I know that I have done my job well as a trainer.”

“As a trainer, it’s important to me that you always ask questions and contribute your ideas, because that’s how we develop together. Be patient with your tasks and colleagues – if something doesn’t work right away, we’ll look at it again in peace. Stay interested in new concepts, processes and programs and find out how they can enrich our day-to-day work.”

“Complex topics don’t have to be complicated. I enjoy explaining difficult content in a way that makes it understandable and really helps in everyday working life. Even back in school, I realized how beneficial it is to learn together and support one another while preparing for exams.
That’s exactly our goal in this training program: We want to teach you the concepts in a way that allows you not only to memorize them but also to apply them confidently in practice. Mistakes are a completely normal part of the process—they aren’t a problem, but rather an opportunity to learn from them and improve. The important thing is that we address them openly and find solutions together.”
