Our HERZENSProject – Taking Responsibility for the Future

In 2023, we launched a special project in collaboration with our employees: our HEART project. With this project, we are pursuing the vision of making a lasting impact on society, particularly in the areas of children and youth work and environmental education. From many creative ideas and suggestions, we have developed a long-term project that pursues both social and environmentally friendly goals.

Our HEART project supports an organization that combines youth welfare with an organic farm and promotes sustainability through environmental education. The project also places a special focus on animal education and raising awareness of sustainable lifestyles. This is not only a valuable help for the region, but also a sustainable measure to support the next generation.

Commitment to children and youth work

A central component of our HEART project is supporting work with children and young people. Here, we work with smaller, regional organizations that have a positive impact on the lives of young people directly on the ground. Through our partnership, we want to help these organizations to expand their services and thus promote the development of children and young people.

Environmental education and sustainability

Sustainability is at the heart of our project and we are proud that our HEART project combines environmental education with practical, sustainable solutions. At the partner organization’s organic farm, young people learn all about environmentally conscious farming, circular economy and the importance of nature conservation. This not only provides valuable knowledge, but also concrete approaches for a greener future.

Strava sports lessons for a good cause

Another highlight of our commitment is the regular collection of sports lessons by our employees as part of the Strava sports group “RLG-SC”. Every exercise counts: The hours collected are converted into cash by the shareholders, which flows directly into our HEART project. This campaign not only promotes team spirit, but also contributes to a better world by investing directly in the social project.

How you can get involved - join in and make a difference

It’s easy to get involved in our HEART project! As well as taking part in our Strava sports lessons, our partners and customers can also get actively involved. We invite everyone to get involved in action days, sports challenges or supporting projects. In addition, our HEART project is regularly present in our internal communication channels, and we inform all interested parties about the progress and planned actions.
