1. Contents of our online proposal
The Rieck Group does not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the authors based on property or conceptual damages resulting from the use or disuse of the information provided, or from the use of incorrect or incomplete information, are fundamentally excluded insofar as the authors do not exhibit any proven intention or gross negligence.

For direct or indirect references to third-party websites ("links") that are outside of the responsibility of the authors, liability will only be assumed if the authors are aware of the contents and have the technical possibility of hindering the use of the illegal content.
