Since 2000, the Rieck Group has been re-structured as a holding company. Rieck Holding GmbH & Co. KG heads the group and coordinates all central and strategic tasks.

Managing partners are Ulrich Rieck, Hartmut Rieck, Stefan Rieck.

The business operation areas are organised in legally independent, individual companies according to their core competences.
